Description
Provides service from Columbia Mall (Transit Hub) to the Ellicott City. Key service points include: Columbia Road, Dorsey's Search, Dorsey Hall, Selbourne House, Oakland Ridge Industrial Park, Route 100 Commerce Center, Long Gate Park & Ride, Long Gate Center, Tollhouse Rd, Historic Ellicott City (Main Street), Howard County Courthouse and Government Center, Circuit Court, Normandy Shopping Center, Town & Country, Millennium, Wal-Mart, North Chatham, Miller Library. Express service between Columbia and Ellicott City during weekday AM and PM peaks. Effective April 2, 2007.
Notices
The Yellow Local service is split into two different patterns: A and B loops. The A loop pattern leaves Columbia on the even hours while the B Loop pattern leaves on the odd hours. Between Columbia Mall and Long Gate, both patterns serve the same stops, in the same order. Beyond Long Gate, patterns A and B split and service Ellicott City destinations in a counter-clockwise (A) or clockwise (B) fashion.
Hours of Service
Local: 6:00AM to 9:53PM Monday-Friday; 8:00AM to 7:55PM Saturday
Express: 5:51AM to 9:18AM and 2:30PM to 6:24PM weekdays. Yellow Express departs Columbia Mall at the bottom of the hour.
Frequency of Service
Local: 60 minutes Monday-Friday, 60 minutes Saturday
Express: 60 minutes Monday-Friday during AM/PM Peaks
